Processing Time

Fees

  • Pinnacle absorbs all Credit / Debit Card transaction fees for deposits to your Pinnacle account.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. Whenever possible we absorb transaction fees; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (one times deposit amount) will incur, at our discretion, a 5% processing fee and any applicable withdrawal fee on the withdrawal amount. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

  • Upon the completion of a successful deposit, you will receive an email specifying exactly what the descriptor on your statement will be. The following descriptors may be on your statement for deposits to your Pinnacle account:
    • PIN ONTARIO
    • PINNACLE.CA
    Please check the confirmation email to confirm exactly what will appear on your statement.
  • Although we endeavour to process transactions in the currency of your player account, there may be instances where currency conversion fees are applied. In addition, Pinnacle cannot accept responsibility for any fees charged by the card issuing bank.
  • All funds must be sent using a card in the same name as the Pinnacle account holder only. Funds received by Pinnacle sent using a card registered to a person other than the account holder will not be accepted. Please make sure your personal details are correct by using the Account Details option in your account.
  • Clients will be asked to authorise their information (see below).

    Credit/Debit Card Information

    • To verify each card used to deposit on our site, we may request a card or bank statement that displays a transaction to fund your Pinnacle account. The statement should include your name, the last four digits of the card and the date of the deposit.
    • Please make sure that the statement does not include the full card number, only the last four digits.
    • If your card(s) has already been verified, you do not need to upload the information again. However, we reserve the right to request further documentation from you to verify any card(s) used to deposit and for general KYC purposes before processing payouts from your account.
    • All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as uncollectable for any reason will be void. For accounts with minus balances, any pending bets, whether made from the uncollectable deposit or not, will be canceled and the Pinnacle account will be permanently closed.

    Making a Deposit

    1. Log into your Pinnacle account.
    2. Go to the Cashier section and click on the icon of your credit/debit card in the deposit section.
    3. Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your Pinnacle account.

      MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by VISA

      MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA are global programs designed to make shopping on the Internet safer and more secure. Cardholders must register their cards with the card issuer to take advantage of these programs. For more information on these programs we recommend you contact your card provider.
